Jacqueline Beatty

Leadership, Performance & Wellness Strategist​​

 

I bring over 20 years of experience in leadership development, executive counsel, and wellness strategy. Through hard work and dedication, I became an executive at Hudson’s Bay Company at the age of 30, leading Global Talent Acquisition and HR Technology for a $1.9 billion organization. Most recently, I served as Vice President of People & Culture at Tundra Technical Solutions, overseeing HR for a global firm consistently ranked among Canada’s fastest-growing companies.

 

On paper, I had built a successful life. An executive career in Human Resources. The opportunity to pursue my passion for teaching Yoga and Pilates. I was a mother, a high performer, and the person who said yes to every opportunity, often out of fear it might not come again.

​

In May 2025, everything changed. At 40, I was diagnosed with invasive breast cancer. My first thought was confronting and clear: This can’t be it. I haven’t truly lived yet.

​

That moment reshaped everything. I realized that true success isn’t defined by achievement alone, but by how aligned, present, and fulfilled we feel along the way.

​

This clarity led to the creation of Rising Lotus Performance and Wellness Solutions, a company dedicated to helping individuals and organizations create sustainable balance between high performance and well-being.

​

Today, I integrate two decades of executive leadership experience with lived insight into resilience, identity, and transformation. I help individuals and organizations strengthen their foundation, elevate performance, and live and lead with greater intention, clarity, and well-being.

​

Because real transformation doesn’t come from pushing harder, it comes from building an internal foundation strong enough to rise.
